KMTC students report September 16. Here's the official welcome message and what to prepare.

It's official
From Wednesday, September 16, students joining the KMTC September 2026 intake will begin reporting to campuses across the country. For some, the journey will be short. For others, it may mean travelling hundreds of kilometres and living away from home for the first time.
KMTC CEO Dr. Kelly Oluoch shared a direct message to every incoming student: "To every student joining us this September, welcome to KMTC. You may be leaving familiar surroundings, family and friends, but you are coming into a community that is ready to support you as you begin your journey in healthcare."
Deputy Director Academic Programmes Prof. Nyawira Mwangi added that orientation will help students settle in and understand their new academic environment. "It is natural to arrive with both excitement and a few nerves. Our teams will be there to receive and guide you. Ask questions, make new friends and give yourself time to adjust. Before you know it, your new campus will begin to feel familiar."
Before you set off — checklist:
✓ Confirm your admission documents are complete and organized ✓ Check your personal essentials are packed ✓ Confirm your travel arrangements in advance ✓ Keep important contacts close at hand — campus admissions office, a family member, emergency contacts ✓ Download your study resources (KMTC Student Hub - is part of the package ) before you arrive — one less thing to sort out once you're settling in
Whichever campus you're headed to — KMTC is ready to receive you.
Reporting September 16, 2026. New campus, new friendships, new chapter.
Safe travels. See you at KMTC.
