Growing Leaders Programme Session 6: Effective Time Management

On time as the resource that is naturally available while most others must be searched for, and correspondingly the most underrated and misused. Identifies the common time wasters, travel, transport, waiting, telephone calls, television and radio, social media, lack of interest, not getting started, burnout, meetings and crises, and separates those a person causes in themselves from those caused by others. Follows with planning and prioritising, and the activity of listing the time wasters that have already cost you achievement, deciding how each would be handled in future, and producing a time plan showing priorities, key goal activities and likely wasters.
