Growing Leaders Programme Session 13: Ethics and Integrity in Leadership

Ethics as the heart of every human relationship and therefore of the relationship between leader and follower. Leadership is treated as essentially an influence process, and whatever a leader is, the group or organisation becomes, for good or badly, so a leader must internalise a strong set of ethics, principles of right conduct and a system of moral values, and good leaders align the values of their followers with those of the organisation. Ends with the question of how ethical behaviour can be enhanced among colleagues, team members and others in an organisation.
