EBM 501 Lesson 1: Electrophysiological Measurements

Opening lecture of the unit: the electrical potentials generated by the biological cell and the electrolytic basis behind them, the origin of bioelectric signals, the volume conductor, the electrodes and lead systems used to pick them up, and the amplification and instrumentation needed to measure them without corrupting the signal.
