KMTC Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences Year 1 Semester 2 examination in Parasitology, Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences, Faculty of Diagnostic Sciences, sat 17 July 2025. Two hours in three sections: 20 multiple choice questions, 8 short answer questions and 2 long answer questions on intestinal and blood parasites, their life cycles and the laboratory diagnosis of parasitic infection.

KMTC Diploma in Community Health Nursing Year 1 Semester 2 end of semester examination in Gender, Sexual Health, Family Planning and Reproductive Health, Department of Nursing, sat 31 March 2025. Two hours in three sections: 20 multiple choice questions, 8 short answer questions and 2 long answer questions on gender based violence, reproductive health rights and family planning counselling in the community.

Medical Surgical Nursing III - July 2025
KMTC Diploma in Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing Year 1 Semester 2 end of semester examination in Medical Surgical Nursing III, covering orthopaedic and endocrine nursing, Department of Nursing, sat 8 July 2025. Two hours in three sections: 20 multiple choice questions, 8 short answer questions and 2 long answer questions on fractures, immobilisation, diabetes and thyroid disorders.
Pharmacology CAT 1 - March 2025
KMTC KRCHN Year 1 Semester 1 Pharmacology continuous assessment test 1 from the March 2025 cohort. One and a half hours, all questions compulsory: ten multiple choice questions on therapeutic index, routes of administration and drug side effects followed by short answer sections, with the correct answers marked on the paper.
Clinical Chemistry - July 2025
KMTC Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences Year 1 Semester 2 examination in Clinical Chemistry, Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences, Faculty of Diagnostic Sciences, sat 15 July 2025. Two hours in three sections: 20 multiple choice questions, 8 short answer questions and 2 long answer questions on liver and kidney function tests, enzymes, electrolytes and the analyzers used to run them.
Medical Engineering FQE January 2025
Five KMTC Final Qualifying Examination papers for the Diploma in Medical Engineering Technology, sat in the January 2025 sitting: Clinical Engineering (Diagnostic and Laboratory Equipment) on 30 January, Radiology Physics on 28 January, Electrical and Electronics Engineering on 24 January, Hospital Engineering Systems and Control on 22 January, and Medical Electronics and Electrotherapy on 20 January. Each paper is three hours with multiple choice, short answer and long answer sections.

Law and Gender - Feb 2025

Two hours on the Kenyan legal framework a nurse works under: the health Act, patient consent and negligence, children and gender based violence, plus the gender concepts behind community health work.

Hospital Engineering Systems - Feb 2024
KMTC Final Qualifying Examination (FQE) for the Diploma in Medical Engineering Technology, paper Hospital Engineering Systems and Control, sat 9 February 2024. Three hours from the Department of Medical Engineering covering the design, installation and maintenance of hospital engineering services, with short answer questions and a case study on a live plant fault.
