EMM 200: Computer Aided Engineering Drawing First Semester Examination
Computer-aided drawing paper. Establishes the benefits of using CAD to realise a product, then asks for the function of orthomode, trim and the rectangular and polar array tools, and for the three Boolean operations used in 3D editing. The remaining questions are drawing tasks: isometric projections of a machine part and a bracket to be reproduced with their dimensions, and 3D images to be rebuilt by any suitable method in the correct workspace using the text command.
